Privacy Policy.

What information we collect

We only collect what you give us and what we need to run the service:

• Quote and booking requests: your name, email address, the service you're interested in, and any preferred call date and time you choose on our contact form.
• Client accounts: if you become a client, your login email, company details, project information, and documents you share with us through the client portal.
• Billing details: your subscription or invoice status. Card numbers themselves go directly to our payment processor and never touch our servers.

How we use it

• To reply to your quote request and schedule calls.
• To design, build, and maintain the work you hire us for.
• To invoice you and manage your subscription.
• To send service emails about your account or project. We don't run marketing email lists, and we never sell your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the vendors that make the site work, and only what they need to do their job:

• Supabase stores our database and handles client logins.
• Stripe processes payments and stores payment methods.
• Resend delivers our transactional email.
• Vercel hosts the website.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. There is no selling, renting, or trading of your data, ever.

Payments

All payments are handled by Stripe (or the payment method you arrange with us directly, such as Venmo). We see the status of a payment, not your card number. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the details you enter on their forms.

Cookies & analytics

The public site does not run advertising trackers. The client portal uses cookies strictly to keep you signed in. If we add basic analytics to understand site traffic, it will be privacy-respecting and aggregate only.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept while we work your inquiry and for our records afterward. Client account data is kept for as long as you have an account, plus what we need for tax and accounting. Ask us to delete something and we will, unless the law says we have to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email hello@avdesign.live and we'll handle it.

Children's privacy

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.

Security

Data lives in access-controlled services, travels over HTTPS, and client areas sit behind authentication. No system is perfect, but we keep the surface small: we don't collect what we don't need.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Meaningful changes get called out to active clients directly.
